These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fudybox's website, mobile application, and smart vending services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Fudybox Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India (CIN: U56100KL2025PTC096597).

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Fudybox provides a technology-enabled food vending platform that allows registered users to order meals from partnered restaurants via our mobile application and collect their orders from temperature-controlled smart vending machines located near workplaces.

You may use our Service only if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Are not barred from receiving the Service under any applicable jurisdiction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our Service:

• Using the Service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the security of our platform or vending machines.
• Uploading or transmitting any harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

As a registered user of Fudybox, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of all information you provide.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately at info@fudybox.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile up to date.
• Order Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying order details before confirmation. Orders once dispensed by the machine cannot be reversed.
• Responsible Use: You agree not to misuse, damage, or tamper with any Fudybox vending equipment. Any damage caused will be your financial liability.

All content, materials, software, logos, trademarks, trade names, and other intellectual property made available through the Service are the exclusive property of Fudybox Private Limited or its licensors and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service.
• Modify or create derivative works based on our content.
• Use our brand assets, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent.
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from our platform without authorisation.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Fudybox become our property and may be used without obligation or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fudybox Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Fudybox does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Fudybox reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users, third parties, or the reputation of Fudybox.
• Prolonged inactivity or non-use of the Service.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements.

Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@fudybox.com. Pending or pre-paid orders will be fulfilled before account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
