How to Request Account Deletion
Prepare your request
Have your registered email address ready. This is required to verify your identity.
Send us an email
Email us at support@fudybox.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered email address in the message body.
Identity verification
Our support team will verify your identity to prevent unauthorised deletion. You may be asked to confirm ownership of the account.
Confirmation
Once verified, we will process your request within 7–30 business days and send you a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Responds within 24 hrsEmail our support team with the subject Account Deletion Request. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 to 30 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted
- Account profile: name, email address, phone number
- Order history and meal preferences
- Saved payment methods and wallet balance (refunded if applicable)
- Push notification tokens and device information
- App settings and personalisation data
- Support conversation history
Data We May Retain
Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law or for legitimate security purposes:
- Transaction and financial records: retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax and accounting laws
- Security and fraud-prevention logs: retained for up to 1 year
- Legal dispute records: retained for the duration of any outstanding dispute
Deletion Timeframe
After your identity is verified, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 7–30 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

Immediate access loss
You will lose access to your Fudybox account as soon as the deletion is processed.
Settle outstanding items first
Ensure all active orders are fulfilled and any wallet balance is used or refunded before submitting your request.
Include your registered email
Your deletion request must include the email address linked to your account so we can verify your identity.
