How do I place an order?

Download the Fudybox app, create an account, browse menus from our partner restaurants, and place your order. You will get a QR code to collect your meal from the nearest machine.

Where are Fudybox machines located?

Our smart vending machines are currently deployed at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram. Check the Locations page in the app for the latest machine map.

What are the available meal times?

Lunch and dinner slots are available on working days. Exact cut-off times for each slot are shown in the app when you browse menus.

How do I collect my order from the machine?

Once your order is ready, open the Fudybox app and tap Collect. Scan the QR code shown on your screen at the machine to unlock your slot.

Question 5

How long will my food stay in the machine?

Accepted Answer

Your food is held in a temperature-controlled slot. You have up to 30 minutes after your scheduled slot time to collect it before the order expires.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled meal slot. Once the preparation window begins, modifications are not possible. Contact support for assistance.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via our secure payment partners. All transactions are encrypted and processed safely.

When will I receive a refund for a failed order?

Refunds for failed or uncollected orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once initiated.

Is my payment information stored securely?

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your registered email or phone number. You will receive a reset link or OTP within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from the app Settings page, or visit our Delete Account page on this website.

The app is not working. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Try force-closing and reopening the app, then check for updates in the App Store or Google Play. If the issue persists, contact us at support@fudybox.com.
